禁止事項
以下の行為は禁止とさせていただきます。
- 音源そのものの再配布・再アップロード・転売
- 本サイト以外の配布サービス（音源販売サイト、素材サイト等）での再公開
- 音源をAI学習データ・機械学習モデルのトレーニング素材として使用すること
- 音源をNFT・生成系AI素材などに変換・販売すること
- 音源の制作・著作を自らの作品として偽る行為
- 公序良俗に反する、または違法行為・誹謗中傷などを目的とした利用
- 反社会的勢力、またはそれに関係する活動での使用
その他
- 新体操のルールは改定されることがあります。演技時間だけでなく、歌詞・声・効果音の扱いなど、音楽に関する規定が変更されることもあり、その場合は楽曲がそのままではお使いいただけなくなる場合があります。音源の編集・長さの調整は自由に行っていただけますので、必要に応じて調整してお使いください。これは無料の楽曲・販売楽曲のいずれにも共通します。最新のルールは日本体操協会・FIGの公式情報をご確認ください。
- 本サイトおよび提供音源の内容は、予告なく変更・削除する場合があります。
- 規約は随時更新されるため、最新の内容をご確認ください。
- 本サイトの素材をダウンロード・利用された時点で、上記すべてに同意いただいたものとみなします。

Prohibited Uses
The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Additional Notes
- Rhythmic gymnastics rules are revised from time to time. Rules may change not only for routine length but also for how vocals, lyrics and sound effects may be used. In that case a track may no longer be usable as-is. You are free to edit and adjust the length of the audio, so please adapt it as needed. This applies to both the free tracks and the tracks sold on BASE. Please check the latest rules from the Japan Gymnastics Association (jpn-gym.or.jp) and FIG.
- Content and materials on this Site may be changed, updated, or removed without notice.
- These Terms of Use may be revised at any time. Please check for the latest version.
